Who We Are

When Jennifer Burton and Derwood Selby partnered as producer and TV host for a food and travel show, the inspiration to create a line of wine to pair with the sumptuous recipes emerged.

Some two years later, at a chance encounter at A Taste of Philly 2015, Philadephia Weekly’s annual celebration featuring culinary sensations in food and drink; the two met Joseph Maxim, CEO at Sand Castle Winery in Erwinna, Pennsylvannia.

Over dinner and a “tasting” of Sand Castle’s premium wine, came the meeting of the minds. Following an intense discussion of possibilities came the toast—to a brand-new business!
